To get to that point it is best to set up a small group of people to work on the aspects that follow. That might be 3, 4, 5 people and, if you have a Town or Community Council in your area, it could be useful to have at least one Councillor involved (but probably not all 3\/4\/5 as Councillors!).<\/p>\n<p>The tasks for this small \u2018Decision Group\u2019 are to manage the listing of key issues (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.placeplans.org.uk\/en?page_id=289\">Step 2<\/a>) and the audit of potentially available resources (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.placeplans.org.uk\/en?page_id=291\">Step 3<\/a>), including meeting with people in your local authority (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.placeplans.org.uk\/en?page_id=293\">Step 4<\/a>).
