Kicking off the Kickstarter Plan
First event - brainstorming!
A group of 15 or so residents of Penmaenmawr came together to brainstorm ideas on what they loved about the town and what can be improved.

Community Planning Working Party
In order to ensure the plan is truly developed and owned by the community and not just the Town Council, a new Community Planning Working Party is being formed. This Working Party will oversee the development and delivery of the plan and will be made up of a wide range of community representatives as well as Town Council members.

Stakeholder Conference
This event brought together representatives of four towns that are working on a Kickstarter plan in the Conwy area. Results of the conference will be included in the plan.
